DeleteI always find a lot of humor in your fabric choices. One of my golds is a banana print and as I sewed it I was thinking of the sock monkeys in your red fabric.

I completely understand the feeling. I am having lots of fun with this mystery--and to think I was apprehensive about it!
DeleteBanana fabric is great! I deliberately look for things I can add as surprises because I love discovering them in other quilts.
