I love the bright colors but most of all the birds. You come up with the most interesting fabric. Each piece tells a story so that makes the quilt a book!
The birds are actually a Christmas fabric, but, hey, they are gold! I like to find things in a quilt. Nanny B. had one when I was growing up--every time I stayed with her, I would search for the little black dog--I think she turned the quilt around sometimes, so the dog would be in a different place. :)

DeleteI would look for our old clothes 😊 The quilt on my bed now, I always look for the ducks on a brown background to put on my side of the bed 😉
